W Real Estate, Wine Country

I’m Jacqueline Wright-Gridley Etchell, a native deeply connected to Sonoma County and Wine Country, selling real estate since 1987. I go by Jackie locally in Healdsburg and Sonoma County. I am an alumnus of St. John’s Catholic School and Ursuline and Cardinal Newman High School. I take pride in being a third-generation real estate professional, following in the footsteps of my grandfather and father, both of whom have had successful careers in San Francisco and the Northern Bay Area. My father, Phil Wright Sr, real estate broker, is a well-respected businessman and developer here in Sonoma County. In recent years we do list and sell properties together and team up for our clients. Living locally we have come to know many of the same people. As a result of all of the knowledge of growing up in Wine Country and from living near the waterfront and outskirts of north beach in San Francisco for a few years out of school and having family ties throughout my life in San Francisco and having two of my children attend college in SF at the Academy of Art, I sincerely love it as my second home and do enjoy bike riding in Tiburon/Mill Valley and adore the Northern Bay Area! My fun pleasures are frequenting the Marina District and Crissy Field Beach too with my family and having the best of both worlds with Wine Country as my primary place of residence, I feel very blessed! With all that being said, I like to think I possess a good understanding of San Francisco, its various districts, and in part the real estate market when called upon to do so. With early career beginnings in the tourism industry, and a brief experience living abroad in Europe, my Irish/Hispanic heritage along with my drive to serve others led me back home where I received my real estate license in my early 20’s. Hence over the past 35+ years I have listed and sold a variety of properties ranging from city and country residential properties, modest and grand estates, expansive ranches, raw land, vineyards, boutique wineries, and commercial properties throughout Wine Country. I have served clients in 6 different counties. Sonoma County, Lake County, Mendocino County, Marin County, San Francisco.  My home office is at 7360 Shiloh Ridge in Santa Rosa and I also have a family business in Healdsburg where I too have a satellite office. Alongside my partner of 36+ years, we’ve raised our 4 children in Healdsburg and now reside in NE Santa Rosa in the hills near Mayacama Golf community. We are proud to witness our own children’s children growing up in such amazing communities throughout California. In addition to real estate, my husband and I build spec and custom homes and maintain business ties to the transportation industry. Our son is a contractor and daughter is an apprentice architect, with a master’s from the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and our two younger sons work for our transportation business, www.CableCarClassics.net.

For us family, business, and community have always been intertwined. I am a parishioner of St. John’s Catholic Church in Healdsburg, an extension of my family! I am most fulfilled by helping others, whether that is finding a home or an investment for them in the greater Northern Bay Area or lending a helping hand to my fellow Americans, locally in both Sonoma and Napa Valley Wine Country!
